I am a producer of artisanal and ecological spirulina, armed with a strong scientific background, holding a scientific baccalaureate (Bac D) and a BTS in plant technology, specializing in biotechnology and agri-food.
Passionate about the benefits of this algae with a myriad of virtues, I cultivate my spirulina in a 2000m2 greenhouse using environmentally friendly techniques that minimize the use of water and energy.
