Crunchy, tasty crackers, perfect for a healthy, gourmet aperitif!

Ingredients
100g flour, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp spirulina powder
Preparation
Mix the flour, spirulina and salt in a bowl.
Add the olive oil and a little water until the dough is smooth.
Roll out the dough finely and cut into small rectangles or fun shapes.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Leave to cool and enjoy with hummus or fromage frais.
👉 Gourmet tip: add sesame or chia seeds for extra crunch!
