A refreshing cold soup, perfect for hot days!

Spirulina Gaspacho

Ingredients

2 ripe tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 tsp. spirulina flakes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper

Preparation

Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into chunks.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
👉 Add wholemeal bread croutons for extra indulgence!
