Spirulina Granola
A crunchy, energizing granola, perfect for a healthy, gourmet breakfast!

Ingredients
200 g rolled oats
50 g chopped nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, etc.)
1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
1 tsp spirulina powder
1 tbsp. melted coconut oil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 160°C.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Leave to cool before storing in an airtight jar.
👉 Delicious with yoghurt or plant-based milk for a complete breakfast!
