Spirulina Pesto
A pesto revisited, rich in nutrients and ultra-tasty!

SPIRULINA
Sequins

Ingredients
50 g fresh basil
30 g pine nuts
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. spirulina flakes
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
salt and pepper
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Adjust olive oil if necessary.
Use this pesto on pasta, toast or as a salad dressing!
👉 Vegan variation: Replace the parmesan with mixed almonds or cashews.
