Quinoa Spirulina Salad

Ingredients

100 g quinoa
1 cucumber
1 tsp spirulina flakes
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ squeezed lemon
salt and pepper

Preparation

Cook the quinoa according to package directions and leave to cool.
Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
Mix quinoa, cucumber and spirulina.
Season with olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper.
Serve well chilled, ideally with a few sesame or sunflower seeds for extra crunch.
👉 Gourmet tip: Add pieces of feta or roasted chickpeas for a more complete meal!
